Policies, Terms and Conditions:
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "[Rodriguez & Associates LLC DBA KirbyVacuumBags.com]" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. [Rodriguez & Associates LLC]. of [Illinois].buyer, buyer promises to pay to the order of Rodriguez & Associates LLC, McLean County, Illinois, all charges made by buyer. In the event said buyer's account becomes past due, buyer agrees that interest shall be added at a maximum allowable interest rate by law until paid; and that in the event the account is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection or suit for the same is collected through Probate or Bankruptcy proceedings, then an additional reasonable amount shall be added to the same as attorney's fees.
If no pre-arranged credit arrangements have been made, all purchases will be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) that will be debited before the shipment of products.
It is understood and agreed that any checks returned to Rodriguez & Associates LLC. for non-payment by buyer's bank shall be charged an NSF (non-sufficient funds) check fee of $30, and the maximum allowable interest by law charged from the date of the check, that any account with an NSF check shall be placed COD (Cash Only) basis for a probationary period determined by our Credit Department.
Buyer agrees with Rodriguez & Associates LLC. to pay for all purchases upon receipt of invoice. Charges billed to buyer, but not paid within 30 days from date of invoice the purchase will be considered delinquent and subject to finance charges. If not paid, Rodriguez & Associates LLC. may declare the unpaid balance due and payable immediately.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for all products purchased from Rodriguez & Associates LLC. Buyer agrees to be personally liable for all charges and individually guarantees payment of all charges promptly. Buyer agrees to notify Rodriguez & Associates LLC. within 10 days in writing of receipt of monthly statement of any in billing. Failure to so notify Rodriguez & Associates LLC. signifies total acceptance and responsibility for prompt payment in full of account.
Buyer agrees that no refund will be granted unless merchandise is returned to Rodriguez & Associates LLC. within 30 days in new and unused condition. Contact Rodriguez & Associates LLC. to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number so that returns may be properly inspected, and if found in proper condition, appropriate credit applied for the return.
Buyer agrees to supply Rodriguez & Associates LLC. with purchase orders, and a current list of employees permitted to order, pickup, and sign for merchandise.

Refunds & Returns
Products may be returned unopened or unused for a refund within 7 days of it's receipt date and may be charged up to a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in used condition, are no longer wanted. If you changed your mind, missing parts, or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded unless it is with prior approval and will be subject to freight, credit card and or restocking fees as applicable. In some cases products will be directed to a local warranty center or part may be sent under the warranty guidelines of the product and manufacturer.
Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, unless prior arrangements have been made with the customer service department. Return your item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail to our address in Illinois.
Canceled orders prior to shipping and after the credit card has been batched at the end of day will be subject to a 6% banking fee charge. These charges are what we incur for processing the card and refunding the card.
If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping. Unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product.
You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of Rodriguez & Associates LLC receiving your return. You will not be credited for a return sent elsewhere.
